Linking intention and action

There is a lot of value in having an intention and linking it to any action.


So if you want to create the pathway to a new intention, then link it to something that you tend to enjoy and then as you become more comfortable with it, then it will be something that you can support with positive action.


We cannot get rid of bad habits but can both hook positive actions to bad habits and also make stronger new habits that we enjoy and that rewards the correct neural pathways for doing good things.
